Do you want to create something really fun and exiting in your life.

Perhaps there is something you are wanting that you don’t  think you could make happen.  There is some material thing or condition that you would really like to have.

There are some fun ways to work on manifesting desires, so that you can have them.

One of my favorites is using  imagination.  There are many ways of visualizing that become powerful daydreams that can help you get to  whatever it is your wanting.

Our imaginations are really powerful tools to help us make things happen.

I have been working on a fun one for a while.   I find it very enjoyable to imagine having something that I think would enhance my life.  Something I would really enjoy.

It can be anything.   One of the most fun ones for me is something that I am wanting for my house that I would really enjoy.   A decorating project of some kind, or renovation.

I am really into house fix up.  I love it when I can transform something ordinary into something really special.  I enjoy my home.

Spending time in a room or part of my house that has been transformed into something wonderful in color, and function really makes me happy.

I get a lot of mileage and joy out of  a completed project.

If I have a larger project in mind, I often don’t have any idea where the money is going to come from to make it happen.

The first thing I do is to start to tell myself things like the Universe is working on a plan and that  I am looking forward to finding out what it is.

I keep my positive energy going, and let go of the details.

Then for the fun part. I spend lots of time imagining the room, or the change,  or the addition, or whatever it is.

I write about how I love it,  how joyful I feel being in the room, how much I love the colors,  and the way the space functions.

I spend lots of time looking at things I might like.  A beautiful light,  paint colors,  furniture, or whatever it is.

I draw the layouts.  I have friends consult.  I act like I am doing this project, even when I have no idea from where, or when the money is coming.   I do lots of things that I enjoy that have to do with the finished room or project.

If I am wanting Granite in a kitchen, I will go to the showroom and look or look on line and pick out my favorites.

I don’ t  limit myself by saying  I could never afford Granite, for example if I were doing a kitchen.  I allow myself to see the room in all it’s glory, just as I want it.  Granite, marble, whatever is OK at this stage.

I see it exactly as I would want it.   I write about it,  and I daydream it.  I see my friends in the room with me , and see us laughing, having fun, and talking about how nice it all came out.

I feel the feelings over and over of being there.   It is lots of fun.

If I am really in the flow or what some now call the vortex,  I will feel so good it really doesn’t matter if I have it or not.

I am just really enjoying the feelings, and it feels very real.

I do this for as long as it takes.

Then,  usually things start to happen.   They can be big or small.

Once a close family member  gave me the money to finish a renovation without my asking or saying a word about it.

The money starts to come in some way or I figure out a way to finance it.

I  have found high end cabinets, with granite tops extremely reasonably on Craigs list.  I have found the perfect door, window, etc. on the side of the road for free or a very small amount of money.

The trick here is to be open to the Universe providing,  and recognizing the opportunity when it comes.

Perhaps family, or others will show up to lend a hand.

It is really fun to watch how it works out.

Never give up.  It may happen fast or slowly.

In our first house, I wanted a slate sink.  My husband kept trying to talk me into just putting in Formica and a stainless steel sink.

I resisted because I knew if I settled,  it would stay like that.  I kept seeing it in my mind.  There was a shallow slate sink in a museum I had seen, and that is what I wanted.  It had a soap dish in the corner.

It took seven years but I finally got a slate sink and granite countertops too.  The sink was in a field and my husband rescued it for me, because he knew how much I wanted one.   It even had a soap dish built in just like I wanted.

I loved that sink so much.  I spent many hours sitting in that kitchen just enjoying how it felt to be there.

I lived with duct tape on my counter tops for 7 years and it was worth it.

Lucky for me, I am usually faster now at getting things I want. I have a second sink now  that someone offered me for $100.00 because they knew how much I liked the first one.  It will someday go into another project.  I have it in the visualization stages now.

I believe it was my love for granite sinks that drew it to me.  I am thrilled to have it,  and to have such fun manifesting house fix up projects.

I still enjoy the process just as much.   I feel grateful  that I discovered how to make these things happen.

Whatever your dream is,  I hope this will give you some ideas of how to go about playing it into reality.

    Love,

    Debbie

If you are like me, you get lots of emails and offers  to listen in on free teleseminars.  I started getting these several years ago from a couple people I was following at the time.  These included  Jack Canfield, Joe Vitalie, and a few others from The Secret movie. I got them after visiting their websites, and signing up  to get email or receive their newsletters.

A lot of business people who promote or teach law of attraction now offer free teleseminars as a way to promote their business, and familiarize people with what they do.

Giving away free material is a great way to get people to purchase your other programs, buy  your latest book, or join your mailing list.  Once you have people who are following you and receiving your newsletter, you have a  group who are potential customers for whatever you are doing that may involve a fee later on.  It is a good idea.

After listening to a call or program that is free for an hour or two, you will have a better idea of this person and what they offer. You can see if it might be worth it to spend the  money on the program they are promoting or the book, etc

I stayed away from participating in these types of seminars for quite a while because I thought it might open up the floodgates for all kinds of people to harrass me by phone, email, etc.

I also wrongly assumed they probably were not that good,  and just a bunch of hype to get you to sign up for something that costs money.

( I can see some beliefs here to work on for myself.)

Well, I was wrong  to think this.  There are some really great seminars being offered free on the internet in just about any subject you can think of.  I am most familiar with the ones that are either on internet marketing and doing business on w or on law of attraction, and manifesting topics.

I would encourage you to try a few if  you never have.  If you are concerned you may be bombarded with email after, you can always use an email that is not your personal one to sign up.  You can set up a gmial account or yahoo mail to use for this purpose.

It is true that the presenters of these seminars usually do email you several times after the seminar as a follow up, yet it is nothing to be concerned about.  There is always an opt out if you want to stop mail, and you don’t have to read the mail if you are not interested in further material from that person.

I have gotten so much out of the free seminars I have listened to over the past six months or so.    A lot of th;e material I use every day in  my spiritual practice and meditation.

Most can be accessed by phone or by your computer connection.   Some times there are set up so you can ask questions either by email during the talk, or after if you choose.  In most cases, you will just be listening and the others on the call cannot hear you, only the presenter.

I have been thinking for a while that I wanted to start a place here on the website to let you know about some of the seminars that I hear about .

I will be starting to post some that deal with law of attraction, manifesting, and creating your dream life.   If you know of some potential good ones, or are doing one yourself, let me know.   There are more out there now than anyone  of us could keep track of even if it were our full time job to do so.

Here is to your growth and happy listening.

    Debbie

I would encourage you to try some of them out.

Generally,  you will be giving a code that you enter to sign yourself into the seminar or a special telephone number to dial.  You should be aware that if you do it by phone and don’t have free long distance, you will be charged by your telephone carrier for the call.  On the web, of course, there is no fees of any kind.

Most of these are about an hour.  If you can’t listen at the time they are scheduled, they usually have a link emailed to you after so you can listen at your leisure.

Many of them are really good,  and worth your time.   Please don’t think that because they are free, the information will not be worthwhile. The

    Try this today.

It will make your day and could make your life.

    Love  Yourself

Send love to yourself all day.  As you do it, be aware of those little ugh or not good feelings that you sense inside your chest or around your stomach area.  You know, the mind that is trying to talk you out of deserving this love.  You know. you of all people, don’t deserve it because of X, y, and z whatever that is.  Don ‘t believe your mind.  It lies.

As you send the love out,  release those little not good feelings as they arise.

    How do you do that?

Let the feelings surface.  Let them float off.  Just send them love.  Try not to judge your mind for whatever it is telling you bad about yourself.  Just send your mind love.

Send your body love.  Notice any parts of you that hurt. Send those parts love.

If negative thoughts or feelings come up, send them love.

Feel yourself as love. Feel yourself expanding with more and more love.  Feel yourself filled with light and love.   More and more love.

Send it to yourself all day.  If you get stuck in traffic, if you overdraw your bank account- send love to yourself.  If you really screw up, send yourself love.

    Just do it.

Then after you do this for  a while and get the hang of it, start sending it to everyone and everything. Do it today.

Send it to your bills, your bank account, your boss if you have one,  your family, your dog, your house, your trees.  Send it to the guy who cuts you in line, or in traffic.  The person at work you can’t stand the most.

Do it today, tomorrow and everyday this week.

Come back here and let me know what happened.

    Until next time,

    Love to you,

    Debbie

The Haiti earthquake disaster has been dominating our news and our collective space for several days.

It can be difficult to be compassionate and know how to respond without getting overwhelmed. In a world where we are working on creating our own positive reality, how do we balance our compassion for someones pain and suffering,  and our own reality of joyful creation.  As we experience world changes, this is going to become more of an issue for us.  We need to find a way to get back in balance as quickly as possible when disaster strikes, and not lose our selves in the process.

Speaking for myself,  It took a bit of balancing and thinking to get myself in a space where I felt OK again.  When the earth quake first happened, I was glued to the television to find out all the latest news. I wanted to know the scope of the damage,  and how it was affecting people. It became easy to get caught up in it.

After about 24 hours of this I started to realize that this level of involvement was not good for me. I needed to detach somewhat and still maintain the compassion for my fellow humans that I would want them to have for me if I needed it.  I know from the September 11, 2001 disaster in New York that images can be very powerful and can remain in our minds for some time. Probably forever. Just mention twin towers, and images come to mind that are not pleasant still for me.

I know that I need to refrain from watching too much television coverage, especially the kind that replays images over and over to get people watching.  I made the decision to give financially what I could to help, and also made a conscious decision to send love to Haiti periodically during this time.  In fact, I started sending it to the entire world.

Beyond this, I am staying away, except for occasional short updates I might overhear on the news. Mostly, I am turning it off.

In general,  I don’t watch much television or news.  Staying away from the news right now is very important to empower ourselves to create the future in the ways we desire it to be.  There is a lot of negative news in general about our economy and our world.  Since I choose to believe  that there are wonderful possibilities unfolding, I need to stay away from not only the media, but a lot of people and conversations that are promoting that things in our world are dire or bad.  I am staying around people I know are positive in their outlook and think more like I do.

I hope that you will find ways to set up boundaries that protect you during these times. Be around positive people. Be compassionate and do what you can to help, but don’t lose your perspective.    Our source adores each and everyone of us.

    Namaste

Manifesting Your Dreams-Setting Abundance Goals That Work
    Setting Abundance Goals That Work

Setting goals that have a chance of working is important in getting your dreams to manifest. There are a couple of steps that can help to make sure that the goal you set is one you want to reach.

We have so many thoughts all the time running through our heads. We want this. We want that. We have this idea. If you are like most of us, a day or two later, you won’t even remember half of them. When you are setting a really big goal like a business or a change of life direction, it is important to really give it some thought.

There is a place to just let ideas flow, and then there are times when you need to be more focused and thoughtful about it all.

Step One Of Setting a Big Goal-Brainstorming

You have an idea of what you want. It may be a clear idea or a more vague notion. This is the time to let all the thoughts and ideas flow. Refrain from editing at this point, or limiting yourself. In this phase, the sky is the limit. In fact, after you write down a few ideas you can ask yourself to make it bigger. Then ask yourself to make it even bigger yet. Make it the biggest thing you can think of. As an example, lets say you want to have a day care. Just for the sake of the goal exercise, ask yourself how you can make that bigger. It could be a staff of people, a chain of day cares, a book, or a training program for teachers. The answers will be specific to you. Let yourself think really big at this point. It may very well be that a small day care is what you want, and what you will end up with. Allowing yourself to think big helps to clarify further not only what you want, but what you are capable of. If voices come in that say, Oh I could never do that, ignore them for now. Go ahead and let yourself dream big.

    Step Two- Getting Specific

In the next step, get specific about your dream. I am going to suggest that you start from the end and work backwards. Think of what the end result is that you want for your goal. What is it going to look like? What setting is it in? Who is there? What are the tasks being performed? What do you think the feelings might be of being there at the achievement of your goal? Take some time to really visualize your end result in detail. It may not be what you end up with as there are always detours in any plan. It is powerful, nonetheless to have this clear vision of where you are going right now.

You may have a goal to start a specific business. Or your goal may be just to have a certain amount of money. Either way, you will want to visualize the end result. Visualize the money and how you are using it. Or visualize you in the business, and all the details around that. It could be very specific or not. There is no right way. It will be right for you.

Step Three-What Will Getting To This Goal Require of Me

This is where many goals fall apart. We have the vision and the desire. We are not, as it turns out willing to make the effort that may be required. If you want to be a real estate agent then you will need to work odd hours and weekends most likely. Thinking of these things in advance is really important to commit to the goal. Are you willing to take on whatever it is your goal requires. If there are things you are not willing to do, is there some way to get around it by hiring it out or doing it some other way. It is not necessary to work hard to make money unless you believe it is hard. Yet, the reality is that most professions do require you certain things. To be a doctor you must go to school and put in long hours. To be an author you have to learn the skills and put in the time. Whatever you are picking to achieve should be something you will enjoy putting the time in for. This is key. If you are not willing to work hard, then put that in your goal. As an example, you could write a goal that you intend to have a job that is fun, where the work is easy for you, and takes just a few hours to do each week. Then be open to how that comes to you. Or, on the other hand, you may have a very specific goal and know what steps you will need to take to get there.

    Step Four- Your Why

This is a step that most people don’t do, and it is critically important to get through any challenging goal. The reason you are doing it. The motivation behind it. It is really helpful to think this out in advance. To make money is not a powerful why. To make $100,000.00 a year so I can travel, help my children to have things they need, and to help out people less fortunate is a powerful why. Unless you have a powerful why for doing something that requires action on your part over a period of time, you will give up if things get tough as they often do in the course of accomplishing a dream.

Step Five-Be Open To The Universe Changing Your Course As You Go and Let Go.

You have a dream. You may the steps all figured out. You now have to do the most difficult step of all. Let go of the dream, and of exactly how it will come about. Release it to the Universe, and then be open to the magic of what is to come. Allow the universe to bring you this, or something better. If you have an inspiration to go a certain direction, or a particular path, trust it even if it does not totally make sense yet. You can check in with your center to see if it feels right to do if you have doubts about it. It takes a while to get the hang of this, but after a while you will be able to sense what path to take based on your feelings about it.

Step Six- Accept That Some Parts May Be Scary And Go Ahead

On the way to your dream, you may encounter obstacles called you. You may be terrified at times when you are in new territory. As humans, we have desires for safety, security, approval, and control over our lives. Accomplishing this goal will most likely bump up against that, at many times. You might have to approach people for money, put yourself in the lime light, or do something you are not good at yet. You may feel embarrassed or scared to get into new territory. Try to recognize that this is not because it is wrong for you. It is because this is normal human stuff. You can do it. Take it slowly and get support. Never give up. Know that the universe will deliver your dream if you are doing your part. Your part is to take the inspired action you are guided to take, whatever that might be.

    Step Seven-Enjoy the Journey

It is hard sometimes to be patient for something, especially when you are at the beginning of the journey. You may be tempted to be jealous of people who seem to have already achieved it. Resist that temptation. Try not to compare yourself with others. Do enjoy whatever stage of the journey you are in. You are never there, as you are always working toward something. Take time to appreciate how far you have come, and any progress you have made. Count your many blessings. Look at what you already have, and not at what you don’t. Know that your dream is being manifested. Keep believing. When you achieve this dream there will be another and another. As long as we are alive on this planet never stop creating. The more you do it, the bigger the dreams you can create. It just keeps getting better as long as you believe that.

Step Eight-keep Your Dream Away From Negative People

This step is important right now when so many around you are apt to be negative. Surround yourself with positive people. Do not listen to negative news if it affects you about the economy, or other topics. People are getting wealthy in any economic times. You can too. There are people you can find who will believe in you and support you. Let the universe find them, and bring you to them. Stay away from the others. Be careful who you tell about your dreams. In the beginning especially, only share with people you know will support you. The last thing you need to hear are reasons why your idea won’t work, or why you should not be doing this. These people can be dream killers. Keep your dreams alive by keeping them safe from people who might stop them. Wait to tell those who you think might have a negative remark about your dream until you have some success and momentum behind you. By then, you will feel more confident and able to handle more criticism, if it comes.

Do you love yourself? I mean, really love yourself?

A healthy self love is a big key to having what you want in your life. When you love yourself you feel deserving of the good things in life.
You feel more confident and better able to go after things that are right for you.

Human beings are born with a judging voice inside. We all have it. I have never met someone yet who does not have that voice. It is constantly telling you that you are not OK. You are not enough. That you really made a mess out of whatever it was. This is a normal part of being human. To have that beating yourself up voice. It is often referred to as our ego. It is the taskmaster who wants us to do more, faster, and better. Nothing is ever enough for our egos. You can do a perfect job or give the perfect speech, and your ego will try and tell you it was not good enough.

Often, we don’t even hear what our critical voice is saying, and we might not be aware it is there. It does affect how we feel about ourselves. Sometimes you hear this inner voice loudly, but other times it is very subtle.

Can we stop the voice from talking in our heads? Most likely it is impossible to stop it totally. We can learn to lesson it over with practice. We can learn to be conscious of it, and to realize it is just our thoughts. As we become more aware and conscious of what these thoughts are saying to us, we can decide not to make them mean anything. Thoughts go on their own. We don’t have to be controlled by them. We don’t have to believe them or listen to them. We have that choice.

One of the ways to start to lesson beating yourself up is to practice loving yourself. Loving yourself unconditionally, no matter what. If you burn the dinner, you love yourself totally. If you compulsive shop, you love yourself. If you yell at someone after you promised you would not do this, you love yourself. Loving yourself is not something you can figure out how to do. You just have to do it. To use loving self talk and to treat yourself in loving ways.

That ego I was talking about is going to tell you that you can’t love yourself until you correct XY and Z in your life. That until you change those things that are the worst things about you, you can’t love yourself totally. Don’t believe this. It is a choice. You get to decide that you will love yourself now.

At first, you are going to have to practice doing it on purpose. It will take some effort. Pay attention to the judging voices and when you hear them, tell yourself it is just your thoughts. You don’t have to believe what they are saying.

Instead, decide to forgive yourself for not being perfect yet, and send yourself some love. Give yourself flowers. Let yourself relax and take some time off. Watch a movie or whatever is fun for you. When you pass a mirror, look at yourself and give yourself a compliment. In fact, give yourself compliments often. Look for the good in what you did, even when you mess up. Find it and point it out to yourself.

Enjoy this process. If you find if difficult to start loving yourself more, then something like the Sedona Method and the Release Technique can help. You can also enlist the help of a good therapist to work on this, or read uplifting affirming books frequently to remind yourself to be loving to yourself.

If you want to reach those dreams you need to have goals.
Goals are really important. It is kind of counter intuitive to set goals, because in setting a goal you are saying you want something. In order to attract what you want, you have to be willing to let go of the desire for it.
Nonetheless, having a goal is a very important step to getting those dreams manifested. It lets the universe know what it is you want. Being specific is helpful. Once the goal is developed you have a basic direction in place for manifesting your dream. Be specific in creating goals. Take time to really think about what you want to create. Don’t try to include too many things into one goal. Keeping it simple is always better.

When you are setting goals, you want to carefully word them in order to make them as powerful as you can. It is important to make sure that your goal is worded in the present and not the future. If you say for example, that you will have $10,000,00 a month in income you have put your desire in the future. It may always stay in the future if you have put it there.
If, on the other hand you use words like I allow my self to have $10,000,00 a month, or I easily have $10,000.00 a month you are in the present.
Use words like allow or easily in your goals.
I allow myself to easily have my new car.
I allow myself to have unlimited abundance in all areas of my life.

Using the term allow is simply releasing any resistance to your goal and effortlessly letting it happen. The Universe wants to bring you your dreams. Allowing is just opening yourself up and not resisting.
Although there may be inspired action to take, allowing does not require action in and of itself. Allowing is a very powerful word to use in creating goals.

It is also important to word goals to describe what you want using positive words, not what you don’t want. If you say something like
I allow myself to not be sick,
or I allow myself to not have any more debt
you are creating a negative goal of what you don’t want.
The universe will just hear sick or debt, and not what you want.

    More powerful examples are:
I allow myself to be in perfect health with ease, or
I allow myself to be financially free
These differences are subtle, but they can make a big difference.

Once you set your goals, look at them often and let go of any resistance that you feel. Journal and write about anything that is blocking your goals such as certain thoughts or feelings.
Visualize the outcome of the goal often in as much detail as you can. Focus on the end result.

If you would like more help with this. The Release Technique has a really great section on making and accomplishing goals. I highly recommend the Release Technique Program. I am putting a link here so you can find out more about it if you are interested.
    Your Personal Freedom Formunla

Have fun with this. Keep track of your goals and when you realize them, cross them off. Go back often and look to see how far you have come.

Lets face it, some days you just don’t feel like thinking about law of attraction and all of that. On those days you just feel crappy and no matter how much you tell yourself that it might be better to change your focus, it is not happening.

When you are down or having an off day, sometimes there is a specific reason that you are fully aware of. If for example, you just had a car accident or a disagreement with someone, you could trace it back to the incident. Other times, you really don’t have a clue why. The world seems bleak where ever you look.

When I have days like this, there are several things I have learned to do to get myself turned around. I would like to tell you that I can catch myself and turn instantly into a positive, up, happy, and back in focus person. I find it is not that simple.

The first thing is to realize that I am feeling off. Depending on how intense it is, I don’t always see it right off. It may take me a good part of a day to even become aware that I am not feeling up to par. Being aware of your moods and having self awareness helps.

When I do realize that I am in a bad or down mood, I start by checking in and asking my self what is going on. Sometimes the answer will come right away. I can spend a few minutes releasing and processing the feelings that I am having and get turned back around. Other times, I am not sure. These are the times when, I can be on the edge of a breakthrough that is going to help free me up from something, if I can stay with it.

I will share the steps that I have found are useful to get back into positive territory as quickly as possible.

    1. Release and be aware of what you are feeling. During this step, it is useful to allow the negative feelings up and out. In order to get back to the good feelings, you have to let the negative ones go. I find that just changing focus to more positive feelings without doing this, is not effective.

    2. Search to see where you are beating yourself up. Trust me, it is almost always there and sometimes hidden. It is usually behind whatever feeling you are having. Try to see if you can get this out in the open, and then give yourself some forgiveness and self love. Self talk is very useful here. For example, I might be saying to myself- Why am I feeling this way again. What is the matter with me? I should be beyond this. From here, I need to accept I am where I am, and give my self some support and love.

    3. Gratitude and appreciation can turn things around quite quickly. Look at the sky and appreciate what you see. Find some things to be grateful for. You can always find something.
This helps change focus to looking at what you have and not from the prospective of what you don’t have.

    4. Sometimes, it is useful to just give yourself permission to feel bad for a period of time. Think of ways to nurture yourself. For me, it is a cup of tea, and a snugly blanket. To journal if I have the time at that moment is really helpful. If I am in a place I can’t do, this just imagining wrapping myself in a cozy blanket can evoke the feeling of comfort I need to start to feel better. For you, it may be a walk, or a call to a friend. Your comfort measures are going to be uniquely your own. Pets often can be a source to get back into equilibrium again.

    5. Pick up a book on law of attraction that is uplifting to you, or some other meaningful spiritual book and read a few pages. This often can break the mood and get you back into positive territory again. I try to read several times a week and it really helps me keep going in a good positive direction.

Down days are going to be part of the territory. We all have them from time to time. The more tools you have in your arsenal when this happens that you have practiced, the easier it will be to get back on track.

I want to just go over the very basic ingredients of using law of attraction today.
I want to start with information that really is not even specifically related to law of attraction or manifesting your dreams, yet it is crucially important.
When you are working on any goal, be it a fitness goal, or a goal to master or improve your ability to manifest what you want in your life, there are certain things that need to be in place before you can even begin the step.
    What are these things?

I said they were going to be basic.
    Sleep
    Eating Well
    Resting When You are Overtired
Moving Your Body in Some Way ( Excercise)
Taking Time For Yourself and Just Being, Not Doing
Staying away from substances that lower your energy-ie. alcohol, excessive sugar, recreational drugs, nicotine.
Limiting contact as much as possible from people who bring your energy down – you know who they are.

These things in themselves will start to help you turn your energy around and raise your vibration. From this place, you will be better able to work on it. Law of Attraction is all about your vibration. In order for your vibration to be higher and stay up there more of the time, the basics are just as important as your spiritual goals.

If there are things on this list you are not ready to change, just do the best you can. Gradually, you can use law of attraction to shift to more of what you do want. For example, you may not be able to give up smoking but you can commit to more rest, and a better diet. Everything you do will help you.

You can use the law of attraction to work on these goals as well. If you are really stuck on one like diet or smoking, you can use visualization, and other ways of attracting what you want in these areas of your life.

And most important of all, do not beat yourself up. This is a hard one as we all do it. As soon as we set a goal or something we want to accomplish, we start beating on ourselves that we are not doing it right, or fast enough, or well enough. When you catch yourself doing this, try to let it go and forgive yourself for where you are. You are just where you need to be no matter where it is.

The best tool I know for working on these or any other issues in your life that you are stuck on is the
